Booking

Booking & Appointment Policy

Pricing: Final pricing and a detailed treatment plan will be determined during your clinical consultation.

Results & Refunds: Individual results can vary, and we maintain a strict no-refund policy for services rendered.

Reservation: A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but it will not be charged until the service is rendered. By booking online, you automatically agree to our full cancellation and no-show policy.

Appointment Policy

To manage our schedule effectively and ensure all clients receive timely care, we ask for your cooperation with the following:

  • Cancellations / Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $50 fee.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notification will result in a $50 fee or deposit, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
